Chinese Crab Casserole

Ingredients

1 can cream of mushroom soup

3/4 c. sherry, optional

1 lb. fresh crab meat (2 c.)

1/2 c. walnuts, coarsely chopped

1 sm. can water chestnuts

1/2 c. finely chopped onions

1 c. sliced celery

Dash Worcestershire sauce

1 sm. can sliced mushrooms

1 #303 can Chinese, noodles

1 c. potato chips, bread or cracker

crumbs

Instructions

Mix soup and sherry. Combine other ingredients, except noodles and add to soup mixture. Add noodles at the very last in 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle crumbs on top just before baking in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Serves 12.
