Chilly Coconut Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (3 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 T. sugar
  • 1/2 C. milk
  • 1/4 tsp. almond extract
  • 1 C. flaked coconut
  • 1 carton (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 graham cracker crust (9″)
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar till smooth.
  2. Gradually beat in milk and extract.
  3. Fold in coconut and whipped topping. Spoon into crust.
  4. Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours.
  5. Remove from freezer 30 minutes before serving.
