Chilly Coconut Pie
- 1 pkg. (3 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 2 T. sugar
- 1/2 C. milk
- 1/4 tsp. almond extract
- 1 C. flaked coconut
- 1 carton (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 graham cracker crust (9″)
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar till smooth.
- Gradually beat in milk and extract.
- Fold in coconut and whipped topping. Spoon into crust.
- Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours.
- Remove from freezer 30 minutes before serving.
