Chili Con Carne

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
1 medium green pepper, chopped (about 1 cup)
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1 can (10 1/4 ounces) Franco-American® Beef Gravy
2 cups cubed cooked beef
Shredded cheddar cheese
4 cups hot cooked rice and kidney beans
1. In medium skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add onion, pepper, chili powder and garlic powder and cook until tender-crisp.
2. Add gravy and beef. Cook 5 minutes. Top with cheese. Serve with rice. Serves 4.
