Chicken and Stuffing Skillet
- 1 pkg. (6 oz) Stuffing Mix for Chicken
- 1/4 C. butter, cut up
- 4 boneless-skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/3 C. sour cream OR milk
- Mix stuffing mix ingredients, butter and 1 1/2 C. hot water. Set aside.
- Spray skillet with cooking spray and cook chicken for 5 minutes each side on medium heat.
- Mix soup and sour cream or milk and pour over chicken.
- Top with stuffing.
- Reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 10 minutes or till chicken is cooked through
