- 6 pita breads
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
- 3 small zucchini, cut into chunks
- 2 small tomatoes, cut into chunks
- 2 large onions, cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1 tbs. salt/pepper/garlic powder/oregano
- Place all ingredients except pita in a large ziploc bag and marinate for at least 2 hours.
- Thread on skewers and broil or grill till done.
- Put on pita bread with tsatsiki sauce.
