Chicken Salsa Salad

2 (8-in.) soft taco size flour tortillas, halved and cut into 1/4-inch strips
1 tsp. olive oil
4 cups torn romaine lettuce leaves
3/4 lb. cut-up cooked chicken
4 ounces sliced pepper Jack or Monterey Jack cheese, cut into thin pieces
1/2 cup Wish-Bone® Bountifuls® Simply Santa Fe Dressing
Preheat oven to 400°. On baking sheet, arrange tortilla strips, then evenly brush with olive oil. Bake 7 minutes or until lightly golden.
Arrange lettuce on large serving platter. Top with chicken, cheese and tortilla strips. Just before serving, drizzle with Wish-Bone® Bountifuls® Simply Santa Fe Dressing.
TIP: To save time, use crushed packaged tortilla chips instead of making tortilla strips.
