Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients

STEP 1:
1 fryer chicken
1 c. carrots
1 c. onion
1/3 c. butter
Cook chicken and debone. Mix the remaining ingredients with chicken in a9x13x2″ pan.

STEP 2:
2 c. chicken broth
1 can cream of celery soup. Bring broth and soup to a boil in a saucepan. Pour on chicken mixture and mix together.

STEP 3:
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
1 c. milk
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. pepper

Instructions

Mix ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to soft boil. Pour on top of the other layer and spread out.

STEP 4:
Bake at 425 degrees for 45 minutes. .
