1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
1 can (10 1/2 ounces) Franco American® Chicken Gravy
1/4 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 cups hot cooked rice
1. In medium skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add chicken in 2 batches and cook until browned, stirring often. Set chicken aside. Pour off fat.
2. Add gravy, sour cream, paprika and pepper. Return chicken to pan. Reduce heat to low. Heat through. Serve with rice. Serves 4.
