- 1 c raw rice
- 1 cut up fryer
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can onion soup with beef stock
- Grease baking pan, put raw rice in bottom. Spoon soups on top of rice.
- Sprinkle chicken lightly with salt and pepper. Place on top of soup layer, cover with foil and bake 350º 90 minutes.
