Chicken Oriental Style


1/2 cup tomato juice

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup chicken broth

3 cloves garlic, minced

3 pounds skinless boneless chicken breasts or thighs


Combine all ingredients except chicken in a pan or bowl. Dip each piece of chicken in the sauce to coat. Place in the crock pot. Pour the remaining sauce over the top. Cover and cook

on low for 6 to 8 hours. Makes 6 servings. Serve with rice or noodles.
