Chicken Ole Crockpot

Ingredients

  • 1 10 oz can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 10 oz can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 7oz can green chile salsa
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoons grated onion
  • 12 corn tortillas, break each in 6-8 pieces
  • 4 cups chopped cooked chicken or turkey
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  1. Lightly grease sides & bottom of slow cooker
  2. Combine soups, salsa, sour cream & onion in bowl
  3. In slow cooker, arrange alternating layers of tortillas with chicken & soup mixture
  4. Cover & cook on LOW for 4-5 hours
  5. Sprinkle with cheese
  6. Cover & cook on LOW, 5-10 more minutes or until cheese melts
