Chicken & Mushrooms Dijon

2 tablespoons margarine or butter
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 pound)
1 1/2 cups broccoli flowerets
1 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms (about 4 ounces)
1 can (10 1/2 ounces) Franco-American® Chicken Gravy
1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
4 cups hot cooked noodles (about 4 cups dry)
1. In medium skillet over medium-high heat, heat 1 tablespoon margarine, Add chicken and cook 10 minutes or until browned. Set chicken aside.
2. Reduce heat to medium. Add remaining 1 tablespoon margarine. Add broccoli and mushrooms and cook until tender-crisp.
3. Add gravy and mustard. Heat to a boil. Return chicken to pan Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Serve over noodles. Serves 4.
