Chicken & Mango Salad

2 cups cut-up cooked chicken
1 large mango, peeled and coarsely chopped
1 green onion, sliced
1/2 cup Wish-Bone® Raspberry Hazelnut Vinaigrette Dressing
1/8 tsp. salt
1/16 tsp. ground black pepper
6 cups spring salad mix
2 Tbsp. slivered almonds, toasted (optional)
Combine chicken, mango, green onion, 3 tablespoons Wish-Bone® Raspberry Hazelnut Vinaigrette Dressing, salt and pepper in medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
Just before serving, toss greens with remaining Dressing and almonds. Arrange chicken salad over greens on serving platter.
