Chicken Loaf

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked, chopped chicken
  • 3 cups soft bread crumbs
  • 2 tab fresh chopped parsley
  • 4 eggs or 8 yolks
  • 1 teas salt
  • 4 tab chopped celery or 2 tab celery seed
  • 1/2 teas paprika
  • 4 tab butter, melted or 4 tab heavy cream
  • 1/4 teas pepper
  1. Mix all together and shape into a loaf
  2. Bake in greased pan at 350° for 40-50 minutes
  3. Serve hot or cold
