Chicken in Sherry

Ingredients

  • 6 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 c. dry or cream sherry
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 pint sour cream
  • sliced almonds
  1. Preheat oven 350°
  2. Place chicken in a baking dish; sprinkle with salt & pepper.
  3. Mix soup well with sherry & sour cream, pour over the chicken.
  4. Top with sliced almonds
  5. Bake for 1 hour
