Chicken Florentine

Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 tsp. (or more) lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1-1/4 c. cooked diced chicken
1 oz. grated cheese
Dash paprika

Instructions

Thaw spinach enough to separate. Spread in 1 quart casserole. Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Spread chicken over spinach. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
