Chicken with Cashews and Pea Pods

Ingredients

  • 1 (6 oz) pkg. frozen pea pods
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1/3 c water
  • 1 (5 oz) can chow mein noodles
  • 3 c diced chicken
  • 2 c thin sliced celery
  • 1 (11 oz) can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1/2 c unsalted cashews
  • 1/2 c finely chopped onions
  1. Separate pea pods with hot water, drain
  2. Combine soup and water. Add pea pods, 2 c noodles and remaining ingredients; toss lightly
  3. Bake covered 375° 45 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining noodles. Bake uncovered 10 minutes
