Chicken Breasts in Sour Cream

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. butter
  • chicken breasts
  • 1/4 t. salt
  • dash pepper
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 2 tbls. flour
  • 2 t. paprika
  • 1/2 t. sage
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • hot rice, cooked
  1. Melt butter in frypan
  2. Cook chicken for 10 minutes
  3. Put chicken in baking pan
  4. Melt bouillon cube in hot water
  5. Add flour, spices and sour cream
  6. Place rice over chicken, add spice mixture on top
  7. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes
