Chicken Breasts And Stuffing


1 can cream of celery soup

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 package stuffing mix

1/2 stick butter or margarine

1 med onion — chopped

1 can chicken broth

8 chicken breasts


Put soups and 1/2 of broth in crock pot. Stir well. Salt and pepper chicken breasts and add to the soup. Saut‚ onions in butter and add remaining chicken broth. Stir well. Pour on top of chicken breasts. Cook for one hour on high and then turn to low for 4-5 hours. You can cook this on low but it will take 6 hours or more.
