Chicken Bacon Swiss Rice
- 3 boneless chicken breasts, cooked and sliced
- 2 boxes Long Grain Wild Rice
- 6 slices bacon, browned & crumbled
- 6 slices swiss cheese
- 1 can cream of Chicken w/herbs soup
- Cook rice according to directions. Spoon rice into 9×13 baking dish.
- Cover with sliced chicken
- Combine soup with 1/2 cup milk, pour over chicken.
- Place cheese slices evenly & sprinkle on bacon.
- Bake @ 375 for 30-35 minutes
