Chicken Bacon Swiss Rice

Ingredients

  • 3 boneless chicken breasts, cooked and sliced
  • 2 boxes Long Grain Wild Rice
  • 6 slices bacon, browned & crumbled
  • 6 slices swiss cheese
  • 1 can cream of Chicken w/herbs soup
  1. Cook rice according to directions. Spoon rice into 9×13 baking dish.
  2. Cover with sliced chicken
  3. Combine soup with 1/2 cup milk, pour over chicken.
  4. Place cheese slices evenly & sprinkle on bacon.
  5. Bake @ 375 for 30-35 minutes
