Chicken Apricot

Ingredients

  • 1 cut up chicken
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1 12 oz. jar apricot preserves
  • 1 envelope Lipton Onion soup
  • 1 8 oz. bottle Wishbone Russian salad dressing
  1. Put chicken in shallow pan, single layer, skin side down.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients & spread 1/4 of the sauce over chicken.
  3. Bake at 325 F for 25 minutes.
  4. Turn chicken over & add another 1/4 of the sauce.
  5. Bake another 50 to 60 minutes until juices run clear.
