Chicken And Dressing Casserole
3 cups dry stuffing mix
3 Cups cooked chicken(diced or shredded)
1 8oz. can mushrooms,drained
2 Cups mozzarella cheese or monterey cheese
1 Cup sour cream
4 Cups evaporated milk
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of chicken soup
4 eggs
Instructions
Preheat oven 350 degrees Spread the dry dressing mix in a greased 9×13 pan.Place chicken over stuffing.Sprinkle drained mushrooms and 1/2 the shredded cheese.Combine evaporated milk,soup and eggs;beat well.Pour over filling.Cover and bake for 50 to 60 minutes.Remove cover,sprinkle with remaing cheese,return to over to melt cheese.
