Cheesy Wild Rice Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (6 oz) quick cook long grain and wild rice mix
  • 4 C. milk
  • 1 can condensed cream of potato soup, undiluted
  • 8 oz American cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 lb. sliced bacon cooked and crumbled
  1. In a large saucepan, prepare rice as directed.
  2. Stir in milk, soup and cheese. Mix well. Cook and stir till cheese is melted.
  3. Garnish with bacon.
