- 1 cup milk
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1 egg
- salt and pepper grounded
- 1 cup combined grated Monterey Jack, Swiss or Cheddar Cheese
- Preheat oven to 400º. Butter 9-inch pie plate.
- Blend milk, flour, egg, salt and pepper to taste, using electric mixer. Stir in half of cheeses. Pour into pie plate and bake until puffed and golden about 25 minutes.
- Sprinkle remaining cheeses evenly over top. Continue baking until cheeses melts.
