CheeseCake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 egg
  • salt and pepper grounded
  • 1 cup combined grated Monterey Jack, Swiss or Cheddar Cheese
  1. Preheat oven to 400º. Butter 9-inch pie plate.
  2. Blend milk, flour, egg, salt and pepper to taste, using electric mixer. Stir in half of cheeses. Pour into pie plate and bake until puffed and golden about 25 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle remaining cheeses evenly over top. Continue baking until cheeses melts.
