1 cup Homemade Biscuit Mix (see recipe)
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup milk or beer
In a medium bowl combine biscuit mix and cheddar cheese. Make a well in the center. Add milk. Stir just till dough clings together.
On a lightly floured surface knead gently for 12 strokes. Pat dough into a 6-inch circle. Cut into 8 wedges.
Place wedges on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake in a 450° oven for 8 to 10 minutes or till golden. Serve warm. Makes 8.
