Cheese Tortilini With Chicken
1 can(6 oz.) chicken
1 package(9 oz.) reduced fat cheese tortellini
1 cup finely chopped green pepper
1 cup finely chopped red pepper
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
3/4 tsp. fennel seeds, crushed
1/2 cup evaporated skim milk
2 tsp. all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. Pepper
Instructions
Cook pasta, drain, and set aside. Spray large skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Add peppers, onion, and fennel seeds; cook over medium heat until crisp-tender. Mix milk, flour, mustard, and pepper until smooth; add to skillet. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Stir in chicken and pasta; reduce hear and simmer until heated through. Makes approx. 4 servings.
