Cheese Souffle

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 packages from cheese blintzes
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 4 eggs
  • 1-1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp grated orange rind
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  1. Butter a 9×13 inch casserole
  2. Place frozen blintzes in the casserole
  3. Combine the rest of the ingredients, beating with a mixer until smooth
  4. Pour mixture over blintzes
  5. Bake at 375° uncovered for one hour
