Cheese In A Crock

Ingredients

  • 2 cups assorted cheeses (Monterey Jack, Cheddar, etc.)
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped stuffed green olives
  • 2 Tblsp. soft butter
  • 2 Tblsp. dry sherry
  • 2 Tblsp. olive oil
  • 2 tsps. caraway seeds
  • dash cayenne
  1. Cut cheese in chunks & grate or process in food processor.
  2. Combine with other ingredients, mix well.
  3. Spoon into crock. Let age in refrigerator for 3 to 4 days before using.
