Cheese In A Crock
- 2 cups assorted cheeses (Monterey Jack, Cheddar, etc.)
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped stuffed green olives
- 2 Tblsp. soft butter
- 2 Tblsp. dry sherry
- 2 Tblsp. olive oil
- 2 tsps. caraway seeds
- dash cayenne
- Cut cheese in chunks & grate or process in food processor.
- Combine with other ingredients, mix well.
- Spoon into crock. Let age in refrigerator for 3 to 4 days before using.
