Carrot Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cottage cheese (large or small curd)
  • 1 or 2 medium carrots
  • 1 medium onion
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 or 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  1. Grate carrots and onions into bowl of cottage cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste and then add 2 or 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise and mix.
