Carmal Apple Salad
- 1 small package instant butterscotch pudding mix
- 8 oz. carton Cool Whip whipped topping
- 8 oz. can crushed pineapple
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 3 cups chopped apples with peels ( granny smith apples, but any kind will do)
- 1 cup dry roasted peanuts
- Mix dry pudding, cool whip, pineapple and juice.
- Stir in remaining ingredients and refrigerate.
