Carbon’s Golden Malted Pancakes
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup water
3/4 cup milk (whole milk is preferable)

2 cups Carbon’s Golden Malted Flour
2 tbsp. butter, melted
Beat eggs and liquids together, then add flour and mix well. Stir in melted butter and make sure to mix well again. Batter will keep in refrigerator for 48 hours. Makes 12-16 pancakes.
