Caramel Apple Pie

Ingredients

  • 10 caramels-cut into 4 pieces each
  • 3 cup chopped apples
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 2/3 cup caramel ice-cream topping
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  1. Mix all well. Pour into FROZEN pie crust.
  2. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup pecan pieces.
  3. Bake at 375 on PREHEATED baking sheet, for 40-45 minutes.
  4. Do not refrigerate.
