Campbell’s® Chicken Scampi

|2 tbsp. butter|
|4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves|
|1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell’s® Cream of Chicken Soup OR 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup|
|1/4 cup water|
|2 tsp. lemon juice|
|2 cloves garlic, minced OR 1/2 tsp. garlic powder|
|Hot cooked pasta|
HEAT butter in skillet. Cook chicken 10 min. or until browned.
ADD soup, water, lemon juice and garlic. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 min. or until done. Serve with pasta.
Tips Serve with steamed broccoli, cauliflower and carrots. For dessert serve fresh peaches.
