- 2 plum tomatoes
- 2 firm ripe California avocados
- 2 T. minced red onions (must be red)
- 3 T. fresh lime juice (not in a bottle)
- 1 tsp. fresh minced garlic
- Quarter tomatoes, discarding seeds, and chop.
- Halve and pit avocados. Scoop avocado flesh in bowl and mash.
- Stir in tomatoes; remaining ingredients; and salt and pepper to taste
