- 4 1/4 ounces (1 can) chopped black olives
- 1 medium clove garlic — pressed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil — or more to make spreadable
- In a small bowl mix all ingredients together. Chill for later or use immediately. Serve as a spread on French bread or crackers.NOTES : Black olives, fresh garlic and olive oil served as a spread for French bread or crackers.
