Butterfly Cookies

2/3 cup butter
2 cups sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
5 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar; add eggs and vanilla, combine well. Add 1 cup sour cream; mix well. Add baking powder, baking soda, salt and nutmeg. Slowly add flour a little at a time and stir until cmbined. Add lemon juice.
Chill for two hours.
Roll out on floured board and cut out cookies with butterfly cookie cutters.

Bake at 375 degrees F. for 6-8 minutes. Decorate as you wish!
