Brown Sugar Pie


  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 cups dark brown sugar, packed
  • 4 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • pinch of salt
  • 9-inch pie crust, partially baked
  1. Heat oven to 350°
  2. Whisk eggs and brown sugar in medium bowl until completely blended and free of lumps, about 2 minutes. Stir in melted butter and salt until well combined
  3. Pour mixture into pie crust
  4. Bake 45 to 50 minutes, or until a sharp knife inserted in center of filling is withdrawn clean, but slightly oily
  5. Remove pie to wire rack to cool
  6. Serve warm
