Brown Sugar Pecan Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 cup oleo (melted)
  • 1 cup pecan pieces or halves
  1. Mix sugars and flour
  2. Beat thoroughly – eggs, milk, vanilla and butter. Fold in nuts
  3. Pour in pastry pie pan
  4. Bake 40-50 minutes at 375°
