- 3 Small zucchini, cut in half length-wise
- 1-1/2 tablespoons butter, melted
- Garlic salt
- 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
- Place zucchini, cut side up, in a lightly greased oven-proof dish.
- Brush tops of zucchini with melted butter, sprinkle with garlic salt, cheese and paprika.
- Broil 6 – 8 inches from heat 12 minutes or until tender and tops are browned.
