Blueberry Quick Bread

1 egg
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup frozen blueberries
3 teaspoons Clabber Girl Baking Powder
2 Tablespoons poppy seeds
3/4 cup milk
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon grated lemon peel

In a mixing bowl, beat egg; stir in oil, milk and blueberries. Mix in balance of ingredients and stir just until moist. Pour into greased 9″x5″x3″ loaf pan.

Bake at 350 degrees F. for appoximately 60 minutes.
