Blue Cheese Ball
- 1 8-oz. cream cheese, softened
- 3 4-oz. cakes blue cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 C. butter, softened
- 1 small can ripe olives, chopped fine
- 1 T. minced chives
- 1/8 t. garlic salt or powder
- Chopped walnuts or Pecans
- Mix together first 6 ingredients and chill slightly; then form into a ball on waxed paper and refrigerate overnight.
- Roll in nuts one hour before serving.
- Serve with assorted crackers.
