Bleu Tomato Suprises
1 pkg bleu cheese crumbles 3 oz
1/2 pint sour cream
1 level tbsp sundried tomato bits
2 tbsp brown sugar light brown
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Clabber Girl Baking Powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup sugar
6 tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups white flour
1/2 cup chopped pecan nutmeats
Place all dry ingredients in a bowl
Place all other ingredients in another bowl.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix well.
Fill muffin tins 2/3 full first placing papers in tins.
Bake 40 minutes, checking doneness – if tops are slightly browned – may take 10 additional minutes, but must be checked after 1/2 hour baking time.
