Bleu Cheese and Herb Dip

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. Fat-Free cream cheese
  • 1/4 c. fresh minced parsley
  • 2 tbsp reduced fat margarine
  • 2 tbsp fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tsp fresh rosemary or tarragon leaves
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 oz. bleu cheese
  1. Combine all ingredients EXCEPT bleu cheese and process until smooth. Stir in bleu cheese.
  2. Refrigerate.
  3. Serve with vegetables or over baked potato
