Blackberry Crumb Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 c sugar
  • 10 oz sour cream
  • 3 T flour
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 4 c fresh blackberries
  • 1 T sugar
  • 1/4 c fine dry bread crumbs
  • 1 T sugar
  • 1 T butter, melted
  • 1 9″ pie shell
  1. Stir together first 4 ingredients.
  2. Put blackberries in shell. Sprinkle 1 T sugar over berries.
  3. Spread sour cream mixture over berries. Combine crumbs, 1 T sugar and melted butter.
  4. Sprinkle over top.
  5. Bake 375° 45-50 minutes
