Black Bean Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen or fresh pizza crust
  • 1 can of black beans (partially drained)
  • 1-2 cups of shredded cheddar
  • salsa (optional)
  • shredded lettuce
  • diced tomatoes
  • sour cream (optional)
  1. Preheat oven to 450. Top crust with black beans.
  2. Cover with cheese.
  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes on cookie sheet or pizza pan.
