Black Bean Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 (11 oz.) can condensed black bean soup
  • 1/4 C. dairy sour cream
  • 1/4 C. minced onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 T. chopped parsley
  1. In a medium bowl mash soup. Stir in remaining ingredients except parsley. Cover and chill for 1 hour.
  2. Spoon into a serving bowl. Garnish with parsley
