Biscuit Pizzas

Ingredients

  • one (8-oz) can of tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp instant minced onion
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 tsp garlic salt
  • Spread over pizzas to within 1/2″ of edges.
  • Sprinkle with l c shredded sharp Cheddar cheese; top with 2 slices Mozzarella cheese, torn in pieces.
  • Arrange one 6-oz can broiled mushrooms over pizzas.
  • Bake 450° for 8-10 minutes or till crusts are golden brown.
  • Garnish with 1/2 c ripe pitted olives.
  1. With palms of hands, flatten two pkgs refrigerated biscuits to 4 1/2 x 2″ ovals.On greased baking sheet arrange 10 biscuits at slight angles to each other in two adjoining rows. Press adjoining ends together securely.On another baking sheet repeat with remaining 10 biscuits.
  2. Combine all the ingredients
  3. Spread over pizzas to within 1/2″ of edges.
  4. Sprinkle with l c shredded sharp Cheddar cheese; top with 2 slices Mozzarella cheese, torn in pieces.
  5. Arrange one 6-oz can broiled mushrooms over pizzas.
  6. Bake 450° for 8-10 minutes or till crusts are golden brown.
  7. Garnish with 1/2 c ripe pitted olives.
