Beulahs Irish Panbread
2 cup self-rising flour
1 1/4 cup milk
4 T. oil
Measure flour into a bowl, add milk and oil. Mix will not be as thin as pancakes.
Heat a skillet spray with non-stick spray or lightly coat with oil. On Medium-low heat spoon mixture into skillet. If too thick spread out with spoon. Cook till outside edges are light golden brown, about 3 minutes, turn and cook another 3 minutes.
