Benedictine Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 medium cucumbers
  • 1/2 medium onion
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 4 oz sour cream
  • salt & cayenne to taste
  • green food coloring (optional)
  1. Peel & seed cucumbers
  2. Grate and drain well
  3. Grate onion and beat with cucumbers and cream cheese
  4. Add enough sour cream to achieve dip consistency
  5. Flavor with salt & cayenne and add food coloring if you wish
  6. Serve with vegetable tray
