1 pound ground beef
1 can (10 1/4 ounces) Franco-American® Beef Gravy
5 hamburger rolls, split and toasted
1. In medium skillet over medium-high heat, cook beef until browned, stirring to separate meat. Pour off fat.
2. Add gravy. Reduce heat to low and heat through. Divide meat mixture among rolls. Makes 5 sandwiches.
VARIATION: BARBECUE BEEFWICHES: In step 2 add 1 can (about 8 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained and 1/4 cup barbecue sauce with gravy. Serve on 6 hamburger rolls. Makes 6 sandwiches.
VARIATION: SOUTHWEST BEEFWICHES: In step 2 add 1/2 cup salsa with gravy. Serves on 6 hamburger rolls. Makes 6 sandwiches.
